Refund & Returns Policy

At Nouriva Naturalz, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining hygiene and product integrity.
1. Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of our products, returns are only accepted if:
• Product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
• The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
2. Non-Returnable Items
• Opened or used products
• Products returned after 48 hours
• Products without original packaging
3. Refund Process
• Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
• Refund will be issued via:
• Original payment method or Store credit
4. Replacement Policy
• Eligible products will be replaced at no extra cost.
5. Proof Requirement
Customers must share:
a) Unboxing video
b) Clear photos of damaged/incorrect product
6. Cancellation Policy
• Orders can be cancelled within 30 mins of placing the order.
• Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
